The virus could transform the entire spectrum of future conventional warfare, posing a dire threat to the very existence of the huge and powerful US Navy deployment from coast to coast of the Pacific Ocean which till now has been the virtual water-body monopoly of Washington for 75 years. The Chinese Navy is still no match for the Americans and that makes the Chinese fall back on their own ‘art of war’.
