Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi addressed a press conference at the AICC headquarters in New Delhi, announcing that INDIA bloc leaders will march to the Supreme Court to submit a petition against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. The political demonstration centers on allegations of vote fraud, with the opposition coalition demanding the immediate removal of the election chief.

During the briefing, Gandhi called directly on Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar to resign and turn approver in connection with the alleged vote manipulation. The opposition campaign also includes plans for leaders to march toward the Supreme Court to meet Chief Justice Surya Kant and formally present a memorandum outlining their grievances regarding the voter list revisions.

The events follow ongoing political unrest and the 'Chalo Delhi' march for democracy organized by opposition parties. The demonstrations have involved protests across various locations in the national capital, focusing institutional attention on the administration of election procedures and the conduct of poll officials.
